Orders are processed as usual and operating no-contact safe deliveries. Please allow extra time once your order has been shipped due to Royal Mail running services with slight delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure our customers receive the highest quality only, a quality check is being completed before item being dispatched.

Please note that all fur garments are custom made after your order has been placed. Therefore please allow between 7- 10 working days for manufacture and delivery. In some cases it can take as little as 3-5 working days and in busy times e.g. Christmas/ Boxing day sale it can take up to 14 working days excluding Saturday & Sunday. 

We understand that you may be purchasing for a last minute occasion, therefore, please email or Instagram direct message us to let us know and we will be more than happy to confirm an exact delivery date and ensure you have received your order on time. 

Refund & Exchange Policy- Outwear & Footwear 
Our fur garments are custom made, therefore unfortunately it's non- refundable. However, we do offer exchange for sizing only. Although we are confident that you will be satisfied with your order.  

Please note that any item must be returned to us within 5 working days in a re-saleable condition - this means it must be returned unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached. If the item is returned in a non-saleable condition or after the given 5 working days time frame, we have the right to return the item back to you.


If you would like to exchange please email us providing the following information before you return the item back to us: full name, order number and which size you would like to exchange for. If unsure about sizing please do get in touch with us, we are more than happy to assist. 
The return address can be found on the invoice sent to you. You can also email us and we will provide you with the return address. 

Once returned, please allow between 7-14 working days to receive your new order.

We do not offer refunds, however you are eligible for an exchange. We allow you to exchange for sizing only. 

Please note that any item must be returned to us within 5 working days in a re-saleable condition - this means it must be returned with the hygiene sticker on, unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached. If the item is returned in a non-saleable condition or after the given 5 working days time frame, we have the right to return the item back to you.

Orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service (1-3 working days) - £4.90

Bespoke outwear shipping:

Orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail 1pm Guaranteed service (1 working day including Saturday) - £6.90 

Worldwide tracked shipping within EU (2- 3 working days) - £16.90

Worldwide tracked shipping outside of EU (3-7 working days) - £16.90
