REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Although we are confident that you will be satisfied with your order, we do offer refund/exchange. 

Please note that any item must be returned to us within 7 days in a re-saleable condition - this means it must be returned unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached. We politely ask to do your best to try on, handle and repackage items with care! If the item is returned in a non-saleable condition or after the given 7 days time frame, we have the right to return the item back to you.

Once you submit the return, follow the below steps: 

  • Pack the return items, print the order confirmation email and your return confirmation email, put them in your return package (please use original box if possible to avoid damaging the goods). Please don't forget to use a mail bag to ensure the item does not get wet, damaged, etc. 
  • Take it to the post office or carrier specified on the shipping label, and post it. All UK orders can be dropped off at any Royal Mail delivery office / Post Office branch. 
  • We will deduct £8.90 fee from your refund to cover the costs of your return shipping label (a cheaper option for you to use Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed Special delivery service)
  • 5. Worldwide orders we will deduct a fee of £30.00 of your order if you submit a return label request. (We use DHL, DPD & FedEx - usually this is a much cheaper rate than what you would usually be offered yourself).

Once returned, please allow up to 14 working days to receive your refund/new order. 

Please note, any item purchased in SALE/ IN STOCK ITEMS ON A DISCOUNTED PRICE can ONLY be exchanged for store credit. You will receive a credit in a form of a special code for you to use at checkout under your account for any other item when re-purchasing. Therefore, those items are NON refundable. Please bare that in mind when purchasing. This does not apply to Black Friday/ Boxing Day sales.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free return, however we do offer a cheaper insured option and a safer way of you returning the item via our Return Portal as we are able to track your return down and ensure it reaches us safely.

Orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail 1pm Guaranteed service (1 working day including Saturday) - FREE (on all orders over £200)

Worldwide tracked shipping within EU (2- 3 working days) - £19.90

Worldwide tracked shipping outside of EU (3-7 working days) - £19.90

Worldwide shipping, please note there may be custom duties depending on your country of origin. For more information, please contact us. We are not liable for any custom duty & taxes.
