STANDARD REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Dolcie London is committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions.

UK - 14 Days Return Policy

Please note that any item must be returned to us within 14 days in a re-saleable condition - this means it must be returned unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached. We politely ask to do your best to try on, handle and repackage items with care!

You must send the item and it must reach back to us within this time. Any returns received outside of the allowed period will not be accepted for full refund and will be classed as a late return resulting in either a store credit refund or the item being rejected and sent back to you.

Worldwide - 14 Days Return Policy

Please note, worldwide orders must be returned to us within 14 days in a re-saleable condition - this means it must be returned unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached. We politely ask to do your best to try on, handle and repackage items with care!

If you would like to return or submit an exchange request please follow the link to our RETURN PORTAL

Once you submit the return, follow the below steps:

Pack the return items, print the order confirmation email and your return confirmation email, put them in your return package (please use original box if possible to avoid damaging the goods). Please don't forget to use a mail bag to ensure the item does not get wet, damaged, etc.
Take it to the post office or carrier specified on the shipping label, and post it. All UK orders can be dropped off at any Royal Mail delivery office / Post Office branch.
We will deduct £8.90 fee from your refund to cover the costs of your return shipping label
Please note we do not provide return labels for international orders, if you would like to make a return from outside of the UK back to us, you are eligible to do so but you will need to arrange the shipping yourself. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend you to simply to use the cheapest tracked postal/ courier service.
Please note we do not refund worldwide shipping fees.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.

Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your refund/exchange request.

This item is eligible for store credit only

can ONLY be exchanged for store credit. You will receive a credit in a form of a special code for you to use at checkout under your account for any other item when re-purchasing. Therefore, those items are do not qualify for exchange or full refund. Please bare that in mind when purchasing.

Any other item purchased in SALE SECTION qualifies for EXCHANGE ONLY.

Store credit & late returns:

The customer is responsible to ensure the return gets back to us on time and within the return policy timeframe.

When a return is sent back to us after the given return policy timeframe, Dolcie London have the right to reject your return or issue you a credit note.

We reserve the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
