It’s been over 2 months and NO items.
Last time I got an email was almost 2 weeks ago telling me the shipping label has been created and nothing was sent to the carrier.
I have sent many email & chat and IG dm and they ignore me.
At this point I need my refund.
I have emailed customer service multiple times with no response asking for a return label… I have another fax for a jacket. It does not feel nearly as soft. I want to return this. They are ignoring me… I am demanding a label so I can return this jacket!

There was a delay in my order because it was sold out. Eventually after some nice communication via email I received it and I am super happy with the quality of the jacket.
Took a little longer than expected but was well worth the wait.

The cardigan has less fur than I expected and the parts with fur are very distant from each other so you can see the material between them.

I wanted the coat to be oversized. I ordered an L, normally I wear s. I can't wear a hoodie under the jacket because then the coat won't fit. which is a shame. with a T-shirt the coat just fits. Thats why i give it 4 stars and not 5. But the coat is very very veryyy beautifull and i will definitly order again but a size xl.
The best purchase ever made! Definitely a beautiful coat which looks classy but also has the fur element around the coat. Perfect for day and dinner outfits. Obsessed!
