All items are custom made after your order has been placed. Please allow between 7- 10 working days for manufacture and delivery. In some cases it can take as little as 3-5 working days and in busy times e.g. Seasonal sale / Black Friday/ weeks prior Christmas/ Boxing day sale it can take up to 14 working days / 3 weeks excluding Saturday & Sunday.
To ensure our customers receive the highest quality only, a quality check is being completed before item being dispatched. Once your order is ready, we aim to ship your order within the same day via Royal Mail Special Delivery service so that you receive the item next working day withan adequate insurance. All international orders are shipped via Express, Tracked & Signed courier service.
