 European Union (EU Orders)

• Orders for the EU are dispatched from our European warehouse.

• Carrier: DHL.

• Because shipping originates within the EU, there are no customs duties for you.

• Typical lead time: 1-3 days

United States (US Orders)

• US orders ship from our USA warehouse.

• Carriers: USPS or UPS, based on destination.

• No tariffs or import duties (shipping domestically within the US).

• Typical lead time: 1-2 days

Rest of the World (All other destinations)

• All non-UK/EU/US orders are fulfilled from our UK warehouse.

• Carriers: UPS, DHL or FedEx Express (depending on destination and courier availability).

• Delivery time: 2-5 days — actual time may vary by country.
