Cashmere jacket is terrible
I purchased this coat believing it was a fox fur coat. Unfortunately, the quality has been extremely disappointing. I have only been able to wear it twice because it sheds excessively. The fur comes off so much that it makes the coat almost unwearable.
In addition to the poor quality, I contacted the company by email to express my concerns and seek a solution, but I never received any response. The lack of customer service only added to my disappointment.
I would not recommend this product based on both the quality and the company’s failure to address customer concerns.
Awful service no communication still has not arrived after 1 month and half scam do not purchase
No communication whatsoever! Emailing, texting, calling and nobody ever available! The worst Customer Service ever and not very trustful shop. Long process! If you can, try to avoid otherwise you might loose your mind.
The grey headband looks good, but the beige headband that I ordered does not look like it was made with the same quality. The fur is going in different directions in different spots and just does not look cohesive at all and just looks very "messy" when you put it on. Also, the headbands I received are two different sizes and widths and fit very differently even though I gave measurements. Because of this I have not even worn it.

Great quality and perfect fit. I’m 110lbs 5,2. Ordered size small (4) in black and nude. The black coat had a strong odor from the dye used but faded after airing out. 10/10 buying more.
I like it very very much its so pretty, but the sleeves are tight around the arms. Other than that, it’s a beautiful, high-quality coat.
