Took a little longer than expected but was well worth the wait.
It’s been a month since I ordered from here and I haven’t received my coat. I reached out to customer service to cancel my order and no response.

Scam ,scam,scam. Please stay away . I ordered the coat for Christmas however my bank rejected the transaction. And because they didn’t respond to my email for sizing , I didn’t order again . After 27 days they send me the coat , although my bank rejected the transaction! The coat is like xxl. . They don’t answer the emails .

This page is such a scam! They don’t respond by email or socials, They don‘t even deliver it until weeks later when I tryed to get my money back by Paypal.
I want to return it but there are problems on the website also and the customer support doesn‘t reply. Spent 450€ but I think I will never see my money again
Extremely satisfied with my order, shipping to US was a little long but was happy to receive my order before christmas, sizing was true to size, very nice quality and beautiful fur.

The cardigan has less fur than I expected and the parts with fur are very distant from each other so you can see the material between them.
do not buy from this company. I have waited weeks and they said FedEx has it but they are not trying to help me . It was an expensive shearling coat. I am very upset and they do not reply ever.

I wanted the coat to be oversized. I ordered an L, normally I wear s. I can't wear a hoodie under the jacket because then the coat won't fit. which is a shame. with a T-shirt the coat just fits. Thats why i give it 4 stars and not 5. But the coat is very very veryyy beautifull and i will definitly order again but a size xl.
The best purchase ever made! Definitely a beautiful coat which looks classy but also has the fur element around the coat. Perfect for day and dinner outfits. Obsessed!
